Below you will find more in depth descriptions of printed products.
Photos
Do you have a printed or digital photo that could use some professional touching up? Perhaps the colors are all wrong, is it too dark or light? Do some objects need to be removed or could a little something extra be added to make your subject just pop out? Would you like text added, such as; a name, date, time or location? Pictures are the best way to remember a memory and when there is more detail on your photo, the memory is always clear and never questioned. All edited and final photo prints are sent in a photo frame so you can immediately place it on your wall or surface display top.
Business Cards
Business cards are a simple and inexpensive way to promote your business. They may be small in size but are big in value. A card is a tool expressing what it is that you or your company do and how does someone contact you. Vital information for a business card is your company name and logo, so people remember who you are and what you look like. Contact information such as: phone number, fax number, email address, web site address, mailing or physical address, as well as your name and title should also be on the card.
Your business card is often a first impression of your business to a customer outside of speaking with you. The look and feel of it is very important in delivering your company's image. A well designed and colorful card on a thick glossy stock will do just that for you.
Flyers
Colorful flyers are a great marketing handout. You can mail them, post them at local stores, give them to friends to hand out on your behalf. Sometimes other vendors will hand them out for you as well, or allow you to post them at their business.
Your first goal with a flyer is to put something loud on it, by this I mean something that stands out and catches someone's attention. Why? So they go pick it up or walk across the room to look at it. You must spark their interest and then when they begin reading it they will learn other information. That other information just isn't as obvious at first glance. Try and think of how a public speaker, a commercial or a billboard sign work. They all have an opening line, a funny incident or a great photo in order to catch your attention. Then once they have it, they relay their information to you.
Flyers can be used for a sale item, products you are trying to promote, seasonal advertisement, clip out coupons can be a great bonus in receiving additional business.
Postcards
Do you need to send invitations or reminders to your customers? A postcard is a great mail marketing tool because it's already printed in bright high quality colors and your customer can hang it on their fridge and carry with them. They cost less to mail than a standard letter/envelope or brochure.
The color side displays eye catching material. Specific information is not generally indicated here, the backside normally contains the specific information of the postcard, such as: an appointment, an invitation, a special that is going on, a friendly reminder etc.
Letterhead
Nothing says professional like your company's own letterhead. You can send out important information, announcements, company changes or courteous thank you notes to your customers. They will appreciate the personal attention and continue business and tell their friends and family what a great thoughtful company you are. Word of mouth is one of the best ways to promote your business and I strive to help that "word" become a great one.
