Im Trouble Free

Born May 9, 1994

"Trouble" was born in our barn, sold as a weanling, bought back as a 2 year old and began her story.

She was a handful to train. Very disrespectful to people, tack and boundaries. She ran through our boarded fences and barbed wire. Miraculously, the small cut on her forehead and small cut on her knee from the wire are the only physical injuries sustained in her lifetime. We then decided to send her to a professional reining trainer, Bill Thomas, of Freeland, MI. Thirty days later, we brought back a brand new mare. Since then, I have been competing on this heart throbbing horse with the largest passion for competition beyond anyone's imagination. She has many placings in her career history at youth rodeos, open speed shows, NBHA shows, state final competitions and so forth.

This completely sound mare has years of competition burning inside her as well as future foals. Her first filly was born in 2007 and has high expectations.

 

Can't Slew Turbo

"Turbo" is the first foal born out of my mare "Trouble". I stayed up three nights in a row waiting for her to come out. Since the day she was born, Turbo has been very friendly and interested in what life has to offer. She is constantly sniffing things out and wanting attention. She is very calm and laid back. I began her training under saddle late January 2010. She has progressed very well and will begin barrel training in the very near future. I hope to take her to a few horse shows by late summer and see what this filly can do. I have high expectations, given her dam's history in the show ring and the breeding injected in her bloodstream.
